December 4, 2023 – Sixteen:Fifteen, a leading Christian non-profit committed to equipping local churches and organizations for global outreach, proudly welcomes Jeff Lewis as its newest team member. As Mobilization & Discipleship Strategist, Jeff will leverage his extensive experience and talents to empower local churches and mission organizations in fulfilling their unique mission of spreading the Gospel to every tribe, language, people, and nation.

With an impressive 36-year career in missions mobilization and 23 years as a college professor at California Baptist University (1999-2019) and Oklahoma Baptist University (1996-1999), Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. His global impact includes training indigenous leaders and assisting in the development of field strategies across 36 countries. As a pastor who successfully planted and led two churches, Jeff embodies a passion for the local church and church-wide engagement.

Jeff’s remarkable journey includes co-founding and co-directing the Passion conferences from 1997 to 2000, leaving an enduring mark on the landscape of ministry and worship. His literary contributions include the widely translated “God’s Heart for the Nations” and significant chapters in publications like “Discovering the Mission of God” and “Conversations On When Everything is Missions.” We are also working on a 30th Anniversary release of an updated and revised edition of “God’s Heart for the Nations”.

In addition to his role as a Mobilization & Discipleship Strategist, Jeff will continue teaching Perspectives classes and be available for pulpit fills, mission conferences, and leading workshops in churches to foster growth and strengthen engagement. Sixteen:Fifteen is honored to have Jeff Lewis join the team, bringing a deep commitment to our mission and a wealth of experience that will undoubtedly enhance our efforts to make Christ known globally.
