At sixteen:fifteen, many positions are reliant on support-raising efforts. This implies that our staff members are tasked with securing their own financial support for their salaries, benefits, and ministry expenses. We are dedicated to facilitating this process and delivering exceptional support to our team. This includes offering support-raising training, coaching, resources, staff care, donor management tools, as well as an annual all-staff retreat/conference to ensure their success!

church missions coach

Position: Church Missions Coach
Location: USA

Purpose: A Sixteen:Fifteen missions coach is a prayerful, adaptable individual who is passionate about engaging churches in fulfilling the Great Commission. A coach is intuitive and intentional, understanding how to bring together the diverse personalities in a church to form a clear, concise, heart-grabbing missions vision. An effective coach continually develops and nurtures a network of relationships that evolve into coaching opportunities. 

Time Commitment: Dependent on the availability of the coach. Coaching requires on-site visits with the church and it’s leadership at least once a month. with regular virtual debriefs / interactions.

Position: Administrative Assistant to the President
Location: USA (Remote OK, Dallas/Fort Worth or Albuquerque preferred)

Purpose: The Administrative Assistant to the President is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the President of the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of the President’s office, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities with professionalism and excellence.

Time Commitment: Dependent on the availability of the applicant. This could be a part-time position, but prefer it be full-time.

Position: Director of Development
Location: USA – Remote OK, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX preferred

Purpose: Responsible for cultivating relationships with current ministry donors while securing new donor funds. Primary duties are planning for and executing fundraising plans, maintaining donor portfolios and maintaining relationships with ministry partners / donors.

director of mobilization

(Full-Time)

Position: Director of Mobilization
Location: USA – Remote OK, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX preferred

Purpose: Responsible for building and leading a collaborative team that will plan, lead, and execute a number of great commission resources including The Mobilized Church workshop, the Mission Agency Consultation, webinars, podcasts, etc.

This person will work closely with many church and organizational partners across the country and around the globe.

global partnerships coordinator

Position: Global Partnerships Manager
Location: USA – Remote OK, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX preferred

Purpose: Responsible for managing our growing number of global partnerships as well as managing translation projects of books, resources, materials, etc.

Purpose: Oversee the production of our podcasts.

wordpress web manager

Position: WordPress Web Manager
Location: USA

Purpose: To help oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.

Time Commitment: Preferably a full-time position, but negotiable.

grant writer

Position: Grant Writer
Location: USA

Purpose: To gather documentation and fulfill the necessary requirements of various funding bodies to formally seek funding on behalf of our organization.

 

Time Commitment: This is a part-time, volunteer position requiring 3-5 hours per week.

rights manager

(Part-Time / Volunteer)

Position: Rights Writer
Location: USA

Purpose: To handle the contracts for manuscripts. The Rights Manager is also responsible for arranging the rights of foreign titles that the company plans to distribute—including the rights for reprints, translations, and electronic formats of the book(s).

 

Time Commitment: This is a part-time position requiring 3-5 hours per week.

internships

(Volunteer)

Position: Internships
Location: USA

Purpose: A ministry internship with Sixteen:Fifteen provides interns with practice, training, experience, and skills related to serving in missions mobilization and the ministry workspace. During that time, you’ll also have a direct impact on a growing global ministry as we partner with churches and agencies to reach the more spiritually darkest places in the world.

Time Commitment: Typically internships require a minimum of 3-5 hours/week. Many colleges/universities offer college credit for internships. Hours are flexible based on the needs of the intern.
